Picking tutors is no easy task. We don’t employ just any person that holds a college degree. While yes, all of our tutors hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, we choose tutors on an array of qualifications. Do they have teaching and/or tutoring experience? Have they taught a specific subject before? Are they familiar with admissions testing? Do they have the ability to work with a variety of students? It is one thing to be able to learn a subject and get a degree, but it is another to be able to explain that material to others in a way they understand. These are the traits that you’ll find in KIP tutors.
