Christmas at Edmonds

From the mountains of Virginia, our locally grown Christmas trees are the absolutely the best and freshest available! Carl Edmonds has been using the same grower for over 30 years. Christmas trees are cut the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, placed on the truck, and delivered to us by Saturday. We begin selling trees the weekend before Thanksgiving and because of their freshness, the fraser fir’s needle retention is absolutely incredible and lasts well into January! So good is our reputation for awesome Christmas trees, Edmond’s Nursery has been written up by both the Washington Post and Washington Times. Christmas is the time to come in and see 4 generations of Edmonds’ all hard at work. The children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren assist in everything from unloading and staking of the trees to hand making and decorating wreaths. We also make our own beautifully decorated live centerpieces throughout the Christmas season. Some of these arrangements are ready a few days before Thanksgiving because they make excellent gifts for the home hosting Thanksgiving dinner.
